We're about 7 weeks away from the Rock n' Roll Vegas half (and my brother's wedding, but that's another story), and I wanted to give a training update. I feel like this is a good place to post these, and it will keep me honest about my workouts.
The theme of workouts has been "just get it done." Coming back from injury means I'm slower than usual, so while I wish I could hit low 9:00s for runs, it's just not happening right now. Hopefully once the weather cools (if you could hurry up Florida, that'd be nice) it also helps.
We're having a step challenge at work, so I picked up one of these bad boys. To be honest, it's making me want to get up and move more than usual, so I guess it was a smart investment!
