Sometimes, you just need a cookie. I had been going insane with baking for Christmas and New Years, but even the best chocolate chip cookie recipe can get old after a while. The solution?
One of the things I love about baking cookies is how you can turn even the most basic recipe into something crazy delicious. I used to make a recipe like this with Nutella. The problem with that recipe was that there was so much sugar/sweetness in the Nutella that it was overkill. What I love about the Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut is that there is a deeper nut taste to it.
So, how do you make these fantastic cookies? I used my chocolate chip cookie recipe and threw in 4 packets (about 1/4 cup) of Justin's. My coworkers inhaled them, except for the ones that I snuck away to eat myself.
Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate! And sometimes, real food!
