The funny thing about me is, I don't stress eat (that much) - I stress bake. When I'm sad or upset over something, I reach for the baking mix. So far, my friends and coworkers haven't had an issue with this.
Last night my friend Oscar hosted a bunch of us for a mini potluck. Since I had just baked brownies, I brought some over. Everyone loved them (duh) and they were the perfect mix of 3 of my favorite things - Oreos, brownies, and Reese's. In honor of Easter, I made these with Reese's eggs. It's a really easy recipe, and even though I used box mix (sorry), they came out fantastic!
To make these, simply prepare your brownie mix (a family-sized box), pour half of it in a brownie pan, and crumbled up your Oreos and Reese's. Add the rest of the batter on top, then add another layer of Oreos and Reese's. Bake as instructed on the box, let cool, and cut away!
Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate! And sometimes, real food!
