I was starving when I got home from work today. I was really busy today but I wasn't hungry when I took a lunch break. Since I already had rice ready to heat up, I figured I'd make a quick snack/early dinner. This was really easy, so it doesn't even need a real "Recipe Writeup."
In a small frying pan, throw in about 4 ounces of ground turkey. Add some frozen mixed veggies (I have a bag of carrots/corn/green beans/peas mix) and cook it all till the turkey is browned and the veggies are cooked completely through. Add in the rice and keep mixing it around for a few minutes.
I threw some mozzarella cheese on top for a little extra flavor!
Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate! And sometimes, real food!
